Provide necessary materials: Take Home Flyers, Budget Envelopes, Posters, Marketing Materials, Tablecloths, Gift Bags, Pre-Priced Tent Cards, Point of Sale user manual and Point of Sale Scanners.
Provide a selection of merchandise for children to purchase.
Free Delivery of Items.
Free Pick Up of all unsold merchandise.

Agrees not to sell merchandise provided by another vendor.
Agrees to provide laptop or Chromebook and use provided Point of Sale system.
Will not deface items by marking prices or putting stickers on merchandise. Defaced merchandise has no further value and will be billed back to group.
